The Recycler Reporting System was designed specifically for efficient reporting scrap in the state of Arizona. It includes attachments of the fingerprint, signature and drivers license as well as the required fields for the metal theft form. If you use QuickBooks it will record the transaction to eliminate double entry. Then it reports the data electronically to the state per the revised state bill.
